Complete the CAASE Verification Request Form. Allow 3-5 business days for it to get processed. It will be sent to your preferred email address, so please check your inbox and spam folders.
Request an EOP Presentation
Sonoma State's EOP accommodates presentations in both modalities, in-person and virtual, via Zoom. Presentations take between 30-45 minutes. We ask that you please submit your request two weeks in advance. Once the request is submitted, please allow 5-7 business days for it to get processed. You will receive a confirmation email with the date and time (if applicable, a Zoom link). Remember to check your inbox and spam folder for the email confirmation.
